Sweet Garlic Shrimp (Dampa Style)

This recipe is very simple and easy to prepare. 15 minutes preparation / cooking time. My husband is always excited to come home everytime i cook this recipe. I feel like there's nothing more he could ask for with this menu!He really loves this one!Go ahead and give this recipe a try! For they say,a way to a man's heart is through his stomach! You willl need:

 1/4 liter of FANTA ORANGE

2 heads of garlic

1/4 cup STAR Margarine

1/2 tsp salt

a pinch of sugar

To do this:

1. Boil Shrimp,soda and salt for exactly 8 minutes. Then remove shrimp from broth to prevent over cooking and keep the shrimp broth in a separate bowl.

2. Stir garlic in margarine in a medium heat for 2-3minutes. Do not wait for the garlic to turn brown.Immediately pour the shrimp broth to garlic & margarine mixture and boil for 1 minute. Then pour it over the cooked shrimps and serve hot! It's Done! SImple as 123!
